Epernay Bistro is a busy, well-loved restaurant that’s been serving the Los Gatos community for 5 years. We take pride in quality ingredients, consistent execution, and warm hospitality. We’re looking for experienced and dependable morning person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to join our kitchen team.

As a Brunch Line Cook, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen — preparing high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes quickly and consistently. You’ll work alongside a team that values efficiency, teamwork, and clean cooking practices. This is a fast-paced environment ideal for someone who thrives during busy morning rushes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and equipment
• Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch menu items to order
• Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout service
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Assist teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly during peak hours
• Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team
• What We’re Looking For
• Morning person with a positive and team-oriented attitude
• Proven line cook or short-order cook experience (breakfast experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
• Food handler certification
