We are building our founding team of "Operation Specialists" who take pride in precision, speed, and maintaining a high-performance culture. If you love the morning rush, we want to talk to you.

Back Of House (Boh) Team

The Role: A hands-on, working manager who leads the kitchen by example. You will oversee line flow, manage ticket times, ensure strict recipe compliance, and lead prep and dish teams under intense pressure.

Must-Have: 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume breakfast/brunch kitchen. Deep technical mastery of short-order breakfast line work (including high-volume griddle and egg stations).

The Role: The engine of our kitchen execution. You will work efficiently on a fast-paced line to prepare and plate menu items flawlessly. Key Tasks: Accurately read and execute incoming orders via the Toast Kitchen Display System (KDS). Ensure proper builds, precise prep cuts, and "picture perfect" plating presentation while adhering to strict safety and sanitation rules. Must-Have: Incredible speed, stamina, and precision during a heavy morning rush. Prior brunch or high-volume short-order experience is strongly preferred.

The Role: The foundational support for our line. You ensure the kitchen is fully backstocked and ready before the morning rush begins. Key Tasks: Execute precise ingredient prep cuts, batch-prep signature items, and maintain strict recipe compliance. Follow all food safety regulations, monitor food temperatures, and keep the walk-in cooler clean and perfectly organized.

Front Of House (Foh) & Support Team

The Role: The general of the dining room floor. You are responsible for managing the rhythm of service and ensuring the FOH team functions as a seamless unit. Key Tasks: Direct floor flow, audit opening/closing checklists, handle guest relations with professional grace, and support the Host, Server, and Busser teams. Ensure the staff consistently executes our "Full-Circle" and "Silent Service" standards.

Key Tasks: Read incoming KDS orders, prepare necessary toast, condiments, and garnishes. Conduct final inspections on every plate to ensure modifications are correct and presentation is "picture perfect" before food leaves the window. Manage ticket pacing and organize to-go/online orders.

Key Tasks: Guide guests through our curated menu, take orders accurately using the Toast POS system, and practice suggestive selling. Flawlessly execute our service etiquette, including the "2-bite/2-minute" check-back standard, half-full coffee refills, and continuous table pre-bussing.

Key Tasks: Expertly prepare craft espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccinos), fresh-squeezed juices, and the full line of "Botrista" smoothies and frappes. Maintain total knowledge of beer and cocktail recipes, manage service well tickets for dining room servers with urgency, and keep a pristine bar top. Must-Have: Must be 21+ with required certifications. Ability to switch seamlessly between high-volume barista-style coffee service and traditional bartending.

Note: Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Qualified candidates will be contacted directly for interviews.
