Back Of House (Boh) Team
- Kitchen Manager (KM)
The Role: A hands-on, working manager who leads the kitchen by example. You will oversee line flow, manage ticket times, ensure strict recipe compliance, and lead prep and dish teams under intense pressure.
- Key Tasks: Manage BOH scheduling via 7Shifts, monitor inventory and food waste using Margin's Edge, execute timeclock adjustments in Toast POS, and uphold rigorous health code and food safety standards.
Must-Have: 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume breakfast/brunch kitchen. Deep technical mastery of short-order breakfast line work (including high-volume griddle and egg stations).
- Line Cooks (Short-Order Specialists)
The Role: The engine of our kitchen execution. You will work efficiently on a fast-paced line to prepare and plate menu items flawlessly. Key Tasks: Accurately read and execute incoming orders via the Toast Kitchen Display System (KDS). Ensure proper builds, precise prep cuts, and "picture perfect" plating presentation while adhering to strict safety and sanitation rules. Must-Have: Incredible speed, stamina, and precision during a heavy morning rush. Prior brunch or high-volume short-order experience is strongly preferred.
- Prep Cooks
The Role: The foundational support for our line. You ensure the kitchen is fully backstocked and ready before the morning rush begins. Key Tasks: Execute precise ingredient prep cuts, batch-prep signature items, and maintain strict recipe compliance. Follow all food safety regulations, monitor food temperatures, and keep the walk-in cooler clean and perfectly organized.
- Must-Have: Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness and consistency.
Front Of House (Foh) & Support Team
- Front of House (FOH) Lead
The Role: The general of the dining room floor. You are responsible for managing the rhythm of service and ensuring the FOH team functions as a seamless unit. Key Tasks: Direct floor flow, audit opening/closing checklists, handle guest relations with professional grace, and support the Host, Server, and Busser teams. Ensure the staff consistently executes our "Full-Circle" and "Silent Service" standards.
- Must-Have: Strong leadership experience in high-volume hospitality, a team-first mindset, exceptional communication skills, and infectious high energy.
- Expeditor (Expo)
- The Role: The crucial link and "one voice" communicating between the Kitchen and the Front of House teams.
Key Tasks: Read incoming KDS orders, prepare necessary toast, condiments, and garnishes. Conduct final inspections on every plate to ensure modifications are correct and presentation is "picture perfect" before food leaves the window. Manage ticket pacing and organize to-go/online orders.
- Must-Have: Exceptional multitasking skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to maintain composure and clear communication during peak volumes.
- Professional Servers
- The Role: The primary face of our brand, delivering warm, engaging, and highly efficient hospitality.
Key Tasks: Guide guests through our curated menu, take orders accurately using the Toast POS system, and practice suggestive selling. Flawlessly execute our service etiquette, including the "2-bite/2-minute" check-back standard, half-full coffee refills, and continuous table pre-bussing.
- Must-Have: A polished appearance, professional conduct, strong communication skills, and the agility to handle a fast-paced environment with grace.
- Professional Bartenders
- The Role: Manager of our specialized "Liquid Breakfast" bar, handling everything from craft morning cocktails to specialty espresso and juices.
Key Tasks: Expertly prepare craft espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccinos), fresh-squeezed juices, and the full line of "Botrista" smoothies and frappes. Maintain total knowledge of beer and cocktail recipes, manage service well tickets for dining room servers with urgency, and keep a pristine bar top. Must-Have: Must be 21+ with required certifications. Ability to switch seamlessly between high-volume barista-style coffee service and traditional bartending.
