Busy independent cafe and bakery Little Ground in the Burbank/Glendale area seeking baristas for part time and full time employment. Responsibilities include seeing to the day-to-day operations of the shop, maintaining the coffee program, working register and serving food.
Payment will be hourly plus tips. Strong earning potential. Ideal candidate will be serious, self-motivated, and committed to the highest standards of coffee quality control and customer service.
