Bakery Prep Person Early Morning

• Busy Brooklyn bakery looking for a reliable prep person to join the team 5 days a week.
• This is an early morning position for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Bakery prep and production
• Baking pastries and assisting with daily pastry production
• Scaling and preparing ingredients
• Assisting with doughs, fillings, and baking prep
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Helping receive and organize deliveries when needed

Requirements

• Resume required
• Food Handler Certificate required
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with early morning start times
• Able to lift 40+ lbs

Bakery, kitchen, or prep experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Position Details
• 5 days per week 30-35 hours
• Early morning shifts
• Starting pay: $22/hour
