The Oasis operates the historic AAA Four Diamond Inn and Ranch, restaurants, gift shops, and the world's lowest elevation golf course. Both hotels are open year-round and feature swimming pools fed by naturally warm local springs. We’re hiring an Advanced Cook to Live. Work. Explore. in Death Valley National Park! Job Summary: Advanced Cooks should anticipate working across all stations and using all kitchen equipment. Depending on the venue, you can anticipate working multiple stations that include batch production, high volume ala carte, prep, pantry, and banquets. Requirements: One to three years cooking experience. Fine Dining experience is a plus. Expertise as: pantry-worker, prep-cook, fry-cook, egg-cook, broiler-cook, sauté-cook and butcher. The Details: Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round or Seasonal Season Dates: As soon as possible on next available check in date (approximately three weeks) Pay: $23.60/hr Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (will include weekends, evenings, and holidays) Why the Oasis at Death Valley?
