Landmark Santa Monica restaurant is looking for experienced, professional, and dedicated individuals. We're looking for passionate cooks who are excited to learn under the guidance of LA veteran and 2-Two Star Michelin Chef, Josiah Citrin.

About Citrin

Citrin is a One Michelin-Starred, modern Californian cuisine restaurant by Chef Josiah Citrin. The attention to detail and pursuit of excellence that defined Josiah’s landmark Mélisse restaurant for 20 years thrives in this new space. Citrin is a fun, welcoming, and approachable experience. A large bar and the choice between our a la carte menu and prix fixe brings a fresh take on our love of hospitality and passion to deliver exciting and delicious food.

Ideal candidates are motivated, positive and always seeking to improve themselves. Thriving under pressure while remaining calm is essential. You must have availability to work at least 3-4 shifts per week (weekend and holidays are required). We are looking for chefs with sense of urgency, awareness and ones who have the ability to work in a team.
