Job Title: Waiter / Waitress – Pupusería
Location: Gardena
Job Description
We are hiring a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our pupusería team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take accurate orders, and ensure guests enjoy an authentic Salvadoran dining experience.
Responsibilities
Welcome and seat customers with a positive attitude
Take orders for pupusas, drinks, and other menu items
Serve food and beverages quickly and accurately
Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
Check on customers to ensure satisfaction
Process payments (cash and card)
Keep tables and dining area clean and organized
Requirements
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a MUST
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and team-oriented
Availability on evenings and weekends
