looking for Young Highly motivated cooks to join its team. No experience with Japanese cuisine is required but is preferred.
Responsibilities
cooking sushi rice
clean Fish.
prep ingredients for sushi bar
clean and sanitize work stations and equipment and must follow all company and regulatory rules and procedures
Strong organization and active listening skills
Excellent kitchen administration knowledge and ability to work as part of a team
Basic knife skills is a must.(must have your own knife).
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs
Must be available Tuesday - Sunday 1pm-10pm( weekend to 11pm )
