Sushi Helper Responsibilities

• Assist with ingredient prep and station setup
• Prepare basic rolls, sides, and garnishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization
• Support sushi chefs during service

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year of sushi experience (restaurant or sushi bar preferred)
• Knife skills and familiarity with fish handling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Passion for Japanese food or culinary arts is a plus

Dishwasher Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dish area clean, organized, and sanitary
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning as needed

Requirements

• Must be reliable and show up on time
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods
• Able to follow instructions and work with a team
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
• Responsible attitude is mandatory
• Must understand basic English well enough to follow instructions and communicate during work

Compensations

• $18-24/hr depending on position and experience, plus great tips and opportunities for growth.
