Shift Lead

The Shift Lead has the primary responsibility for managing Team Member shifts and conveying the Café Lola culture to his/her Team Members and restaurant guests. The shift lead is responsible for working with the restaurant Manager to ensure all Café Lola policies and procedures are upheld during each shift.
