Shaking crab bronx is a seafood restaurant, we are looking to hire a HEAD CHEF and SOUS CHEF and LINE COOKS for full time employment.
Our ideal candidate for head chef/kitchen management has a passion for hospitality, confidence in leading a kitchen team, creating menus for the house, creating specials, controlling kitchen labor cost and is able to create beautiful dishes of food for our guest. We must be able to taste the love in your food!
Hiring for BOH positions
Head Chef: Minimum 6 year of NYC restaurant experience and able to handle a high-volume kitchen along with COGS control.
Sous chef: Minimum 4 year of NYC LINE COOK kitchen experience
line cook: Minimum 2 years of NYC prepping experience, must be able to prep in a timely manner and detailed.
