We are a well-established cocktail bar and restaurant in Nolita/Soho that has been operating successfully for over three years. We feature fantastic cocktails, a classic NY cuisine food menu, a beautiful location, great music, and an energetic team of passionate creative people that all support each other. We’re looking for a dependable, service-focused Restaurant Manager to help oversee daily operations and support evening service.

This is a straightforward management role centered around maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the floor and bar teams, and ensuring consistent guest experience. The position is primarily evening-focused, but does not involve extremely late hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service and operations
• Support FOH and bar staff during service
• Maintain service standards, pacing, and communication
• Handle guest relations professionally
• Assist with staffing logistics, shift flow, and operational details

Requirements

• Restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Toast and Resy preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Organized, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
• We have a strong existing team and are looking for someone reliable, professional, and easy to work with who can step in and help keep operations running smoothly.
• Compensation is dependent on candidate: salary/weekly pay (negotiable) or hourly ~$27-$33 /hr.
