Server Copita Tequileria Y Comida Sundays Required

Copita Tequileria y Comida is a vibrant modern Mexican restaurant in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose on the corner of Lincoln Ave and Willow St. We're looking for an experienced server to work at least 3-4 shifts a week and be part of our team. Must be able to work on Sunday.

Copita serves seasonal, modern Mexican food and offers over 100 tequilas and mezcals at our two bars, dining room and rooftop lounge and private dining room. Copita is open for lunch and dinner plus weekend brunch with indoor and outdoor seating on two levels. In collaboration with Chef/Owner Joanne Weir, the two kitchens are led by Executive Chef Azari Cuenca-Maitret. Qualifications

• 2+ years as a server at a Mexican or other high volume ($3+ million) Full-Service Restaurant
• Familiarity with authentic, high-quality Mexican food and tequila, mezcal and agave-based drinks.

• Experience with Toast POS

• ServeSafe certification and RBS required
• Detail-oriented
• Accountable and reliable
• Works well under pressure
• Genuinely enjoys serving guests
• Shares the Copita Core Values in daily behavior and mindset

Work expectations

• 4-6 hours per work day
• 3 days per week minimum
• Sunday availability is mandatory.
• Evening and weekend daytime availability is required
