Sen Saigon Line/Prep Cook (Part-Time)

Position Summary

• We’re looking for a part-time Line/Prep Cook to join our small, close-knit team. This role combines line service, line prep, and teamwork to keep our service smooth and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders including customer modifications
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and orderly including dishes
• Follow Department of Health rules for food protection and safety
• Communicate clearly with team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude and jump in where needed
• Complete simple shift reports
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and genuine care for hospitality

Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills

• Reliability and attention to detail
• 2+ years in food service role
• NYC Food Protection Certificate
• Authorized to work in the US

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time position (some scheduling flexibility)
• Competitive hourly pay + tips (around $20 per hour)
