Russ & Daughters Cafe is hiring Part Time Front of House staff!

At Russ & Daughters Cafe, we hire Front of House team members for a shared FOH role rather than for single-position jobs like host, bartender, or server. All FOH staff are trained and scheduled in rotation across the host stand, bar, and dining room, working together on hosting, bartending, serving, food running, and bussing.

We are looking for someone who is organized, attentive to detail, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment who can work 3 to 4 shifts per week with speed and attention to detail. This position generally requires weekend and holiday availability. We are open from 8:30am to 2:30pm (last seating) Monday through Thursday and then from 8:30am to 3:30pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We are NOT open for dinner service but do host private events at night periodically.
