Busy Middle Eastern grill in Brooklyn is looking for an experienced and reliable Prep Cook / Butcher to join our team.
Requirements
- Must have a valid NYC Food Protection Certificate (Health Dept. License).
- Expert Skills in Deboning: Must be fast and efficient at deboning chicken legs (pargiyot) from the bone. This is a core part of the job.
- Punctual, clean, and organized.
Job Details
- Schedule: Full-time. Shifts are typically from 10:00/11:00 AM to 6:00/7:00 PM.
- Pay: We offer highly competitive pay (Top Tier) for the right candidate with the right skills.
- Location: Kingston Ave, Brooklyn.
