Looking to Hire Detail-Oriented Servers
We are a busy, fine-dining Upper West Side restaurant seeking candidates for immediate hire. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AVAILABILITY IS A MUST! Prior experience in fine dining is preferred. Ideal candidates also have server experience, a thirst for knowledge, are dedicated employees, and embody the principles of hospitality.
Fluency in English, friendliness, speed, grooming, politeness, flexibility, and teamwork are essential qualities. Familiarity with TOAST POS is advantageous. Candidates must possess a comprehensive knowledge of Classic and Popular Modern Cocktails and wines, with the ability to prepare cocktails swiftly and efficiently. Multitasking, quick memorization, inventory awareness, and detail-oriented service are all desirable attributes. The same level of detailed service is maintained at our bar as at our tables. A genuine sense of joy is highly valued.
