PM Line Cooks/Cocineros

A fast paced Cafe and Market is seeking line cooks for full time line cook positions. MUST be available for days, nights, holidays and weekends. Must have a resume and speak and read English please, no exceptions.

• Looking to hire ASAP and begin immediate training!
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Must have valid Food Handler's Certificate, or be willing to obtain ASAP.
• Demonstrate excellent knife skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.
• Demonstrate experience on multiple stations in the kitchen.
• Prepare and execute key components of dishes.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.
• Support their fellow cooks.
• Must be calm and able to maintain composure under pressure.
• Must be available to work typical hospitality industry hours (lunch, dinner, late nights,
• holidays, weekends).
• Must be conscious of physical presentation and have clean work habits.
• Must demonstrate attention to detail.
