We're a local quick-serve restaurant serving healthy, delicious bowls — poke, warm bowls, fresh salads, and more. We run a clean, organized kitchen and take pride in the quality of everything we make.
- Looking for an experienced prep cook who can own the back of house — someone who shows up, gets to work, and keeps the kitchen running smoothly.
What You'Ll Be Doing
- Opening the back kitchen and completing all opening tasks
- Prepping and cutting ingredients for the day
- Cooking chicken, beef, and gyoza
- Assembling tacos and other menu items
- Preparing miso soup and other staples
- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen throughout the shift
What We'Re Looking For
- Prior kitchen or prep cook experience required
- Strong knife skills a major plus
- Efficient, self-directed, and hard-working
- Takes pride in a clean station and consistent quality
- Available weekdays 9AM–3PM (3–5 days per week)
- Food handler's card required
- Pay is competitive and based on experience.
