Part Time Dishwasher/Cleaning

• Part-Time Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant – Catering Company

We are a busy, fast-growing catering company based in Sonoma County, specializing in high-end events, winery dinners, and private culinary experiences. We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking part-time dishwasher/kitchen assistant to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible side work or supplemental income alongside another job. Hours will vary week to week depending on event schedule and production needs, generally ranging from 10–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities Include

• Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen spaces
• General cleaning duties, including bathrooms and common areas
• Trash removal and end-of-day cleaning tasks
• Assisting chefs with additional responsibilities as needed
• Supporting prep and production when appropriate

This is more than just a dishwashing position. We are happy to teach motivated individuals new skill sets within catering and hospitality. There may also be opportunities to:

• Work off-site catering events

Learn food preparation skills

• Assist with kitchen organization and event setup

Requirements

• Must be legally eligeble to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
• Willingness to complete a background check

Compensation

• Pay is based on experience and skill set. Candidates with additional experience in:
• Food prep
• Handyman/construction labor

Equipment maintenance

• General kitchen operations
• may be considered for a higher rate of pay.
