Do you enjoy engaging with people? That’s a star quality for us! As our HOST, you are the first impression that sets the stage for our guest's dining experience. It’s personal, not just business!

We are a beautiful three restaurants strong here in NYC and while all brands of PJ’s provide the original passion for hospitality and the fun décor, all three of our locations have such a unique style! Where will you like to be the Master of Ceremonies? Come and practice the art of familiarity with us.

P.J. Third Avenue

It’s our original, since 1884! Our Red brick building stands tall amongst the giants here; you are that first impression, as guests walk into a piece of history. Like a scene from Mad Men, where we’ve mastered the trick of being timeless.

• PJ’s on the Hudson

Maybe you are the one who loves to be outdoors. Come work with us at our Hudson location. You will welcome and chat with our guests amongst the bright sun, blue skies, sea salt air, and the “best” view of the harbor- Imagine coming to work and saying, “I work here, this is my office”!

• PJ’s Lincoln

Do you love the arts? We sure do and we have been welcoming our guests here with the same vibrance and vigor like a spruced-up show. Nothing like our guests receiving a birthday wish from our very own in-house opera singers. We serve the people going to the shows and the ones who perform them to perfection!

Okay- so you know a good bit about us….now we want to meet you! We are seeking individuals with:

• Welcoming phone etiquette and good commutation skills, has a courteous, positive, and professional work attitude.
• Knows how to organize, multi-task, and plot schedules.
• Be productive without supervision and a willingness to help the team as needed.
• If you worked in hospitably before, fantastic, if not, as long as you have the drive and willingness to learn and are not afraid to dive in, then we will be happy to train and share our knowledge!

PJ’s Host are responsible for

• Greetings & Seating Guests
• Answering the Phone
• Taking Reservations
• …….and most importantly- truly welcoming all our guests with your heart of gold.

Staring Pay is $19.00 per hour. We are all about empowering and moving up!
