As a Server, Bartender you’re not just taking orders—you’re the face of our brewery. You’ll guide guests through our rotating craft beer selection, share the stories behind our brews, and ensure every plate and pint is delivered with care. Your energy, knowledge, and warmth will turn first-time visitors into loyal customers.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with genuine enthusiasm and make them feel at home.
• Share your knowledge of our craft beers, seasonal menus, and food pairings to create unforgettable dining experiences.
• Take and deliver orders accurately, ensuring every detail is right.
• Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to keep service smooth and efficient.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset.

What You'll Bring

• Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant or brewery setting.
• A passion for craft beer, great food, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain any required local alcohol service certifications.
• Have Full Weekend Availability
