Responsibilities

Provide expert recommendations on menu items, wine pairings.

Skills

Proven experience in food service roles with a strong background in fine dining environments or upscale restaurants

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally

2 years working experience in Japanese fine dining restaurant
