Server Captain

Lamonte Restaurant & Bar is looking for an experienced Server Captain to join our team.

We are looking for someone professional, organized, responsible, and able to lead by example on the floor.

Requirements

Strong restaurant experience

Leadership skills

Excellent guest service

Ability to manage sections and support the team

Strong communication

Must be reliable, clean, and detail-oriented

Weekend availability required

Responsibilities

Lead service during the shift

Support servers, runners, bussers, and hosts

Maintain service standards

Handle guest situations professionally

Communicate clearly with management and the kitchen
