Coal Oven Pizzeria – Fast-Paced Kitchen Environment

We’re looking for hardworking, reliable team members to join our coal oven pizzeria. If you thrive in a high-energy kitchen and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

Positions Available

Dishwasher

Prep Cook

Pizza Maker (experience with high-heat ovens a plus)

Responsibilities Include

Washing dishes, utensils, and maintaining a clean workspace

Food prep: chopping, portioning, organizing ingredients

Assisting with pizza production and oven work

Maintaining and operating a coal oven (training provided if needed)

Receiving and organizing deliveries, including walk-in refrigeration

Keeping pace with a busy service while maintaining quality and consistency

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Team player with a positive attitude

Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required
