We are currently hiring an experienced Shift Manager for a busy full service restaurant. We’re looking for dependable, professional candidates with strong leadership skills and restaurant experience.
Requirements
Previous key holder or supervisory experience in a full service restaurant required
Ability to lead and supervise staff during shifts
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Weekends and Holidays required
Food handling and safety knowledge preferred
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year management or shift lead experience in hospitality or restaurant service
Experience opening and/or closing restaurant operations
Cash handling and basic POS system knowledge
Ability to multitask and resolve customer concerns professionally
Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
