We are looking for a friendly, professional Host/Hostess to join our team at a busy full service restaurant. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, maintains a welcoming atmosphere, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable greeting guests and managing wait lists
- Ability to answer phones and assist with reservations
- Team player with a positive work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods-Weekends and Holidays Required
