Lowboy is looking for strong line cooks and dishwashers to join our growing team as we continue to expand our operations and build toward the next phase of service. We are a high-volume neighborhood bar and restaurant known for smash burgers, hand-cut fries, and classic bar favorites. Our team also supports Bar Flores, our sister concept featuring a Mexican-inspired menu, and Donna's, a popular and hip neighborhood Italian American restaurant.

We are seeking motivated, reliable individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen.

Line Cook Position

Ideal candidates

Have 1-2 years of high-volume kitchen experience

Are proficient on plancha and fryer

Can work multiple stations efficiently and cleanly

Follow systems, recipes, and standards consistently

Maintain a strong sense of urgency while staying organized

Bring a positive attitude and communicate well with the team

Are dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Take pride in maintaining a clean, organized dish pit and kitchen

Support the BOH team with cleaning, prep assistance, and organization

Are team-oriented and willing to jump in where needed

General Requirements

Must be available to work nights and weekends

Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and with attention to detail

Positive attitude and respect for team and workplace standards

Interest in growth and long-term opportunity within the company
