Line/Prep Cook

Wood Shop BBQ is looking for a well-rounded line cook to join our high-volume restaurant and food truck team.

The ideal candidate will possess basic knife skills, experience with large-batch cooking, and technical knowledge such as preparing a mornay sauce. We are looking for someone consistent and reliable who can follow directions when provided, but who is also capable of working autonomously, troubleshooting recipes, and managing their own workflow.

This is an excellent position for a self-reliant individual who enjoys working independently.
