- Happy customers are a result of happy staff.
We know there are no shortage of opportunities waiting for you in the restaurant industry these days. Our goal has always been to raise the bar in every way, from quality products, customer experience and staff environment. We pay well, especially for experience & skill, and offer a home that sustains long-term relationships across our team.
Bluewater Distilling, located on the beautiful Everett waterfront, is seeking quality individuals to join our kitchen team. We are a family-owned, team-focused business dedicated to creating a strong, respectful & positive staff environment.
This is a home of inclusion & encouragement, where everyone pitches in. There is no acrimony between front of house and back of house, we all depend on each other. It’s not uncommon for the owner to jump into the dish pit on those really busy nights when an extra set of hands is needed.
On the line, you’ll work to fire the best in fresh, from-scratch dishes in our bistro kitchen. You’ll also work to prep any range of items during down-time. It’s a cozy compact kitchen with everything in easy reach, and we don’t run a deep fryer. We encourage creativity and look to our team to build efficiencies.
There are no shortcuts in our kitchen, every sauce, side & dessert are made in-house from the best ingredients we can source, from skilled hands that have been with us for years. We only work with independent vendors, no mainline distributors, and never any processed, pre-prepped food.
In truth, every aspect of our operation is a re-thinking of the restaurant model. Let’s source with integrity, prepare with passion, serve with respect & have a great time doing it. We price things appropriately and our customers (and staff) appreciate our commitments.
- The end result of our approach is a healthy environment where our staff takes great pride and ownership in providing for our customers.
…. And the sunset view over the water isn’t terrible.
- Cheers,
- John, the owner & frequent dishwasher
