Restaurant & Lounge currently seeking a passionate and experienced Caribbean Chef to join our dynamic team! We are an upscale, speakeasy-style lounge offering private dining experiences and curated events. We’re looking for someone who brings authentic island flavor, creativity, and consistency to every dish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute traditional and modern Caribbean dishes with excellence and consistency.

• Assist with menu development, including seasonal and signature items.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.

• Monitor inventory, control food costs, and ensure proper storage and sanitation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience cooking in Caribbean cuisine (Jamaican, Trinidadian, Guyanese).

• Knowledge of key Caribbean ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques.

• Ability to cook a variety of dishes including oxtail, jerk chicken, curry goat, escovitch fish, rice and peas, salmon, pasta, etc.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dining setting.

• Must be reliable, creative, and committed to quality.
