Line Cooks

Chic hotel in Williamsburg is looking for talented line cooks. We are open daily for breakfast from 7:30am-10:30am, weekend brunch 11am-2pm, and will soon be expanding to open for nightly dinner from 4pm-10pm. The dinner menu will be a small plates/bites style menu.

The job is part-time, 3-4 EVENING shifts per week. Weekend availability is highly preferred, as is the versatility to be able to cook breakfast, brunch, and dinner.

What we are looking for

• The ability to work different kitchen stations including garde manger, grill, fryer, saute, etc.
• The ability to cook breakfast/brunch including working the flat-top and cooking eggs.
• Works clean, neat, and organized at all times.
• Team oriented, but able to work independently.
• NYC Food Handler Certificate is strongly preferred.
• Hard working with the ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable.
