• Kitchen Production Assistant – Artisanal Ice Pop Company | Northeast LA / Highland Park Area
• We're an artisanal sno cone and sno pop company (snoconamor.com) seeking an energetic, fast-paced kitchen production assistant in the Northeast LA Highland Park area.
• We're based at the Hollywood Farmers Market and also cater events and distribute to local stores and hotels.

This is a part-time role: 3 to 4 days/week, Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 hours/day. Flexible hours. You'll be working mostly independently alongside the owner in a bright, sunny kitchen, perfect for someone who enjoys focused, independent work while listening to your choice of music/podcasts. We're looking to fill this role quickly. Short-term candidates are welcome, but ideally we're hoping to find someone interested in growing with us as we expand our retail and wholesale presence.

• Compensation: Starting at $18/hour with room for growth.

Farmers market shifts and catering events are also available. Catering events are at a higher pay rate! Responsibilities

• Filling sno pops (primary focus) and meeting daily production quotas
• Product labeling and packaging
• Fresh juice preparation
• Order fulfillment
• Occasional local deliveries (reliable vehicle required)
• Keeping work area and equipment clean
• Troubleshooting as needed

We're looking for someone who

• Moves quickly and efficiently, a naturally fast-paced person
• Can consistently hit daily production quotas
• Stays focused and self-motivated during repetitive tasks
• Is reliable and shows up ready to work
• Has good common sense and practical problem-solving skills
• Has strong attention to detail (critical in food production)
• Experience in CPG (consumer packaged goods) is a huge plus
