We are seeking a professional and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ year host/hostess experience in upscale/fine dining
• OpenTable proficiency for reservations, waitlist, quoting times, and table turns
• Strong floor-plan/rotation skills; accurate wait-time quoting and seating strategy
• Calm under pressure; proven guest recovery/conflict de-escalation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong phone etiquette
• Must be available to work PM or AM shifts, including weekends.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
