Tandoori Chef (full-time)

• We are looking for an experienced Tandoori chef.
• The ideal candidates for this position will have knowledge on how to properly marinate and prepare typical north Indian tandoori preparations and will be able to make a variety of Indian tandoori breads, such as Nan and stuffed Parathas.
• Must be knowledgeable on safe food handling practices, able to help out with prep. work, experienced and capable of handling busy workloads in an organized manner, and be able to work well with others.

-The salary for this position will vary depending on experience and overall skill level. Approx. $3,000 - $4,000 per month.

Bus-Person (Evenings 5 pm - 9 pm)

• Available Days are Monday - Sunday

- No experience necessary, we will train the right person. Previous restaurant experience is a definite plus.

• The ideal person for this position is someone who is reliable, professional and courteous with customers, works well with others, and who is responsible.
• Wage range: $19.50 - $22.00/hour (dependent on overall skin level and experience)

Food Runner (Part-time, evenings from 5 pm - 9 pm)

• Available Days (Monday - Sunday)
• Previous restaurant experience preferred and previous food running experience a definite plus.

-Candidates should be knowledgeable about Indian food, especially North Indian Mughlai cuisine. By knowledgeable we mean that you should be able to professionally and concisely explain various dishes to customers.

• Food runner candidates must be able to interact in a polite and professional manner at all times, able to effectively handle busy workloads, be organized and meticulous, and must work well with co-workers.
