Hostess

Zito’s Italian Restaurant is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional hostess to join our team. We are a fast-paced Italian restaurant focused on great hospitality, teamwork, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude

• Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable

• Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and questions

• Seat guests efficiently while maintaining smooth table flow

• Communicate with servers and management regarding seating and guest needs

• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and front entrance

• Provide excellent customer service in a busy environment

Requirements

-Experience as a hostess or in customer service preferred

• Must be familiar with OpenTable

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Weekend and evening availability required
