Exciting opportunity to lead the kitchen of a high-energy new Peruvian fast casual restaurant opening in NoLita. Backed by experienced hospitality operators and major investors, this concept is built for rapid growth — and we’re looking for a talented Head Chef to grow with it.
We’re seeking a hands-on culinary leader with strong experience in Latin cuisine (Peruvian experience preferred), excellent kitchen management skills, and experience opening new restaurants. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.
What we’re looking for
Experience leading kitchens in high-volume restaurants
Previous restaurant opening experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of Latin American flavors and techniques
Team leadership, training, and kitchen ops experience
Passion for quality, consistency, and hospitality
Spanish language skills preferred
