We are looking for a sous chef and line cooks for our very busy deli. Our Italian/American sandwiches are made to order with scratch ingredients and house made and imported meats.
- Responsibilities-
- Develop weekly specials, new processes, and late night menus
- Manage inventory
- Work directly with customers and cook on both hot and cold lines
- Brine, butcher, pickle, and roast meats and veggies
- Comps-
- $22/hour plus tips (~$10-17/hr in tips)
