Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable and organized Food Expeditor to act as the bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house team. You’ll ensure every dish is plated beautifully, and delivered promptly to guests.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate orders between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery

Check dishes for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before they leave the kitchen

Communicate clearly with chefs and servers to manage order flow

Garnish and plate dishes according to restaurant standards

Monitor ticket times and help prioritize orders during busy periods

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expediting station

Assist with packing takeout and delivery orders as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or expeditor role preferred

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine is a plus, but not required

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
