For 16 years, Kitchen at Cobble Hill has been the go-to neighborhood spot for great food, warm vibes, and familiar faces. We are a small team that operates and moves together. A huge part of our business comes from our deeply loyal regulars, as well as a private events.

We don’t just need an order-taker; we need someone who is passionate about hospitality, who can hold down the fort and curate the guest experience. Perfect opportunity for a manager who does not want the stress of managing a restaurant.

If you thrive on independence and hate being micro-managed, this is the gig for you. You will be working on your own most of the time. This means you aren’t just a server, you will be:

• Serving & Bartending: Greeting guests, taking orders, and mixing up drinks behind the bar
• Bussing & Running: Keeping tables clean, and getting hot food out fast.

We are looking for someone who has been around the restaurant block. You know how to mix a standard cocktail, pace a meal, and read a table. You can hold a conversation with a regular while pouring a beer and tracking a ticket in your head.

• Experience with private parties, banquets, and catering is a huge plus.
• Reliability and showing up on time is non-negotiable.
