Wonderland Pizzeria Is Hiring — Experienced Expo 🚨🍕

We are looking for a highly organized, fast-moving, hospitality-driven Expo to join our team at Wonderland Pizzeria in Monte Rio.

This is one of the most important positions in the restaurant. You are the bridge between the kitchen and the guest experience. Timing, communication, leadership, urgency, and calm under pressure are everything.

Responsibilities include

• Managing ticket flow between hot and cold lines

• Coordinating timing between salads, appetizers, and pizzas

• Quality control before food leaves the kitchen

• Communicating with chefs, runners, and front-of-house staff

• Maintaining speed, accuracy, and composure during high-volume service

Ideal candidate

• Restaurant expo experience required

• Pizza or high-volume kitchen experience preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask under pressure

• Positive attitude and team mentality

• Passion for hospitality and food culture
