• Plant Based Mafia is hiring experienced line cooks to join our new cloud kitchen in Fort Lauderdale.

We are not looking for beginners. This is a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and we need professionals who can step on the line and perform immediately.

• We’ve been operating successfully for over 5 years in Palm Beach Gardens and are now expanding into a cloud kitchen model with plans to scale.

WHAT IS A CLOUD KITCHEN? A cloud kitchen (also called a ghost kitchen) is a delivery- and pickup-only commercial kitchen that prepares food for online orders without a dine-in restaurant.

What The Role Is

• You will be working the line daily in a high-output kitchen environment, executing dishes with speed, precision, and consistency.

This is a hands-on cooking role. No shortcuts. No babysitting.

Responsibilities

• 1- Work the line during high-volume service
• 2 - Execute all menu items with consistency and accuracy
• 3 - Maintain clean and organized stations
• 4 - Follow recipes and portion control standards exactly
• 5 - Communicate effectively with the team during service
• 6 - Handle pressure and maintain speed without sacrificing quality
• 7 - Prepping when necessary

What You Need

• 1 - Proven experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen
• 2 - Strong understanding of timing, execution, and kitchen flow
• 3 - Ability to work fast while staying detail-oriented
• 4 - Reliable, disciplined, and professional
• 5 - Comfortable working nights and weekends
• WORK SHIFTS INCLUDING OPENING AND CLOSING: (subject to change)
• There will be two shifts per day.
• Monday through Thursday: 10 am to 11pm
• Friday: 10 am to 12 am
• Saturday: 10 am to 12 am
• Sunday: 7:30 am to 10 pm
• You must be able to handle long, demanding shifts.
