• Greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Coordinate seating flow with management and service staff
• Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
• Maintain a polished and professional front entrance
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming first impression
• Assist with private dining and special event guest coordination when needed

Qualifications

• Previous host or restaurant experience is required
• OpenTable or reservation system experience is a plus

Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
