Mason Jar NYC is seeking experienced, polished servers for a high-volume restaurant and sports bar in Flatiron.
This is NOT an entry-level serving position. We are looking for career-minded hospitality professionals who are confident handling fast-paced shifts, large sections, and demanding NYC service standards.
Qualified Candidates Must Have
Minimum 3 YEARS recent NYC serving experience
High-volume restaurant experience REQUIRED
Weekend, late-night, and game-day availability
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work clean, fast, and organized under pressure
Preferred Experience
Sports bar or busy casual dining background
Beer, bourbon, whiskey, and cocktail knowledge
Toast POS experience
Team-oriented mindset with strong guest engagement skills
