Servers
- Prior experience in full-service restaurants (Italian cuisine a plus)
- Warm, attentive, and efficient guest service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus
Bartenders
- Minimum 1–2 years bartending in a fast-paced, upscale-casual environment
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wines
- Clean and organized work habits
- Passion for hospitality and great guest interaction
