Dishwasher

We are a sushi omakase restaurant in Midtown Manhattan. We're looking for a dishwasher who takes that same pride in their work and shows up every single shift ready to move.
Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout service
Keep the dish station and surrounding areas clean and organized at all times
Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks and restocking as needed
Support end-of-night breakdown and cleaning procedures
What we're looking for
Prior restaurant experience required — you understand the pace and pressure of a professional kitchen
Exceptional reliability — your team counts on you; punctuality and consistent attendance are non-negotiable
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to be a team player
Compensation & schedule
We are offering $20/hr, with the option of advancement with good performance.
