The Role

As our Juice Specialist, you'll be responsible for producing and creating innovative, nutritious juice combinations that highlight the natural flavors of our locally-sourced produce. You'll prepare fresh juices for our grab-and-go offerings and cleanse packages, ensuring everything is ready for the next day's service. This position offers the unique opportunity to work independently while crafting beverages that are both delicious and health-conscious.

What You'll Do

• Create innovative juice combinations using fresh, seasonal produce
• Develop new juice recipes that maximize both nutrition and flavor
• Maintain strict quality control and food safety standards

Operate and maintain professional juicing equipment

• Ensure efficient prep and production for grab-and-go service
• Track inventory and minimize waste
• Educate team members about juice combinations and their benefits

What We're Looking For

• Passion for fresh juice preparation and nutrition
• Understanding of flavor combinations and produce seasonality
• Experience with commercial juicing equipment is preferred, but we will train the right person
• Knowledge of proper produce handling and storage
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in health, wellness, and whole foods
• Experience with cold-press juicing is a plus
• Food safety certification

Schedule

• Evening/late afternoon shift position
• Morning/early afternoon shift position
• Monday through Sunday schedule, and as needed
• Shift focuses on prep work and juice production for next-day service
• Flexibility for occasional schedule adjustments as needed
