A fast growing and highly regarded café in Beverly Hills with an amazing clientele is seeking a sharp, organized, and quick moving Catering Coordinator to support its thriving catering and events division. This is a hands on role at the center of a business experiencing significant growth, with real opportunity to evolve alongside it. This position is focused exclusively on catering and events and does not involve managing daily café orders. The team specializes in beautifully executed sandwich platters, salad trays, and full scale catering for corporate meetings, agency presentations, production offices, private events, and celebrations such as bar and bat mitzvahs. Their clientele is very celebrity and influencer based as well as the day to day families and businesses. This is a full time role with a flexible schedule, as catering needs can arise at any time. The ideal candidate is responsive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast paced environment where volume can shift quickly, especially during peak seasons and holidays. Key Responsibilities Manage all catering inquiries, orders, and client communications Coordinate catering for corporate meetings, agency presentations, production offices, and private clients Oversee orders including sandwich platters, salad trays, and larger scale event needs Support planning and execution for events such as bar and bat mitzvahs, receptions, and special gatherings Act as liaison between clients and kitchen to ensure accuracy, timing, and quality Track orders, timelines, and logistics across multiple platforms Maintain organization across a high volume of incoming business Assist with light staffing coordination for events as needed Support administrative needs tied to catering operations Growth Opportunity Attend events and represent the brand Support and help develop brand collaborations and partnerships Contribute ideas to grow catering offerings and expand client reach Play a key role in the continued growth of the business Qualifications The right person is detail oriented, highly organized, and willing to roll up their sleeves. You are calm under pressure, communicative, and able to manage multiple moving parts while acting as a key point of contact between clients and the kitchen. Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Experience in catering, hospitality, or events preferred Comfortable managing high volume emails and client requests Detail oriented with strong follow through Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems Positive, team oriented, and solutions driven Interest in brand growth, partnerships, and business development is a plus
