Busser - Weekend Morning Availability
Hourly Range: $18–$20 per hour + tips
Average hourly rate with tips: $38.00 - $42.00
Gjelina Group is seeking a Busser to support our dynamic front-of-house team. Every role in our restaurants contributes to creating thoughtful and welcoming experiences for our guests.
Position Summary
The Busser helps maintain a clean, organized dining room and supports the service team during busy service periods. This role includes bussing and resetting tables, running food and beverages, assisting servers and expos, and helping maintain smooth service flow.
Key Responsibilities
Clear and reset tables efficiently during service
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and service stations
Assist with running food and beverages to guests
Support servers, bartenders, and managers during service
Polish and restock glassware and flatware
Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
1–2 years of restaurant experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexible availability including nights and weekends
