Founded in Ho Chi Minh City in 2011, we have grown to 40+ locations across 5 countries — Vietnam, Japan, India, Cambodia, and Indonesia — each one a place where food, culture, and community come together. We make our own fresh mozzarella and burrata in-house, craft our dough from a slow-fermented sourdough starter, and source ingredients directly from local New York farms. Our kitchen thrives on diversity. Japanese, Vietnamese, American, and Latin American team members work side by side. No culinary degree needed. No Japanese required. Just passion and reliability.
